Bellevue is home to two popular Autumn events; the first is the annual Labor Day celebration, which includes a parade down Main Street and two days of great music in the park. The second is the Halloween Haunted Forest which draws thousand of locals for guided evening tours, sure to provide chills and thrills along the way.
The Big Wood River meanders through the City and is where the unique Howard Preserve is located. The Preserve features 12 acres of walking and snow-shoeing trails and is a popular place for fly-fishing and bird watching. You may be lucky enough to find a few of the secret swimming holes for a dip in the river to cool off during the warm summer months.
Bellevue has an RV park adjacent to the scenic Big Wood River and the rustic Silver Creek Cabins on North Main to serve our traveling guests.
